Sariska National Park

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan.
Sariska National Park is located among the Aravali hill ranges in the Alwar
District of Rajasthan. It covers a large area of 800 sq km in total, with a
core area of approximately 500 sq km. It became a National Park in 1979.
Apart from the tiger, a variety of other wildlife like the leopard, sambhar,
chital, nilgai, four-horned antelope, wild boar, rhesus macaque, langur,
hyena and jungle cats are found in the park. Best time to visit Sariska
tiger reserve is during the months of October to June.
Ranthambore National Park

Location: Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
Famous for its Tigers, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve lies amidst the Aravali
and Vindhyas mountain ranges just 14 Kms from Sawai Madhopur in Eastern
Rajasthan. The park covers an area of nearly 400 sq. km. It is the home of
Royal Bengal tigers. The tigers can be easily found even during the day.
Besides tigers visitors can also see the leopard, sambar, hyena, crocodiles,
blue bull fox, and different kinds of birds like the black eagle and crashed
hawk eagle. The park has a majestic 10th century fort. Ranthambore is the
favourite place of professional wildlife photographers from around the
world.
Keoladev Ghana National Park
Attraction: Bird Watching
Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
Situated just 2 km from the city of Bharatpur, the park is spread over an
area of 232 sq. kms. It is almost 176 km from Delhi. Also known as Bharatpur
bird sanctuary, Keoladeo was given the status of national park in 1981. The
park is open throughout the year for visitors but the best time is between
Octobers to November. It is a best place to watch variety of migratory
birds. It is a world heritage site.
